Americano cocktail

Campari is the signature spirit in an Americano cocktail. It's a refreshingly bitter drink served over ice.

Ingredients

• ice cubes, to serve
• 30 ml sweet vermouth
• 30 ml Campari
• 125 ml (½ cup) soda water
• orange wedge, to garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour over sweet vermouth and Campari. Top up with soda water. Place a wedge of orange in the glass to garnish.
