According to the live coverage, the incident happened in Mat Mong Long village in Kholum Township in southern Shan State. People in traditional costumes can be seen along the road.
The woman who posted the video described the people in the video as monster and that they are carnivorous tribe.
Palaung people issue statement demanding apology but MP Nan Moe from Maongton constituency said that she will not be satisfy with apology and seek from some action from parliament.
