加拿大自上個月把休閒用大麻合法化後，由於暫時發售渠道不多，出現了供不應求的情況。溫楚良和通訊員陳朗談到目前的情況。 陳朗更警惕到加拿大念書和旅遊的人士要小心使用大麻，因爲他們的原居地可以把他們入罪。
