Meet the first South Sudanese professional wheelchair basketballer

Deng Lueth Wei is the first South Sudanese person to play a professional wheel basketball in France and the USA. Deng was born in 1993, and he was paralysed by polio three years later. In the Refugee camp in Ethiopia, Deng suffered when it comes to mobility, but his love for sport kept him going. Deng and his family members were accepted for resettlement to the USA and that where everything good started.
