ICC announces 2019 Cricket World Cup schedule

India to face Pakistan on June 16th at Manchester. Take a look at the full schedule.

The full schedule for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 in England and Wales has been announced. 

The 10-team Cricket World Cup will be held between May 30th and July 14th and fixture details of all 48 matches have been officially revealed by the ICC.

Hosts England will play the tournament opener against South Africa at The Oval on May 30th.

The first semi-final will be played in Manchester on July 9th while the second semi-final will be played in Birmingham on July 11th.

The final will be played at Lord's on July 14th. There is also a reserve day on July 15th.

India’s campaign begins against South Africa on June 5th in Southhampton followed by a game against Australia on June 9th after which they take on New Zealand on June 13th.

The big-ticket India vs Pakistan clash will take place on June 16th in Manchester.

This will be followed by a game against Afghanistan at Southampton on June 22nd and West Indies on June 27th.

The Indian cricket team will then play against hosts England on June 30th, Bangladesh on July 2nd and Sri Lanka on July 6th in Leeds.

India vs Pakistan: June 16, 2019

India vs Afghanistan: June 2, 2019

India vs West Indies: June 27, 2019

India vs England: June 30, 2019

India vs Bangladesh: July 2, 2019

India vs Sri Lanka: July 6, 2019

The Australian cricket team will play their opener match against Afghanistan on June 1st.

Australia will face off India on June 9th, Pakistan on June 12th, New Zealand on June 29th and South Africa on July 6th.

The knockout stage will begin from July 9th, with the first semi-final scheduled at Old Trafford, while the second match of the last-four stage will be played on July 11th at Birmingham.

The final will be played at Lord's on July 14th.
