Detention Release: What’s next?

Legal experts, pyschiatrists and refugee advocates are celebrating a High Court decision which has found indefinite immigration to be illegal.

The decision overturns a nearly 20 year-old precedent which allowed unsuccessful asylum seekers to be held with no release date.
