A rock was thrown at the Australian cricket team bus in India that shattered a window. No one was injured in the incident which happened when the team was returning to its hotel in Guwahati after their win over India at Barsapara Stadium on Wednesday morning.
Similar incidents had happened in Bangladesh, where too, a rock broke a window resulting in security to be beefed up.
Australia won the second T20 international by eight wickets to level the series on Tuesday. The win was led by excellent bowling effort of fast bowler Jason Behrendorff.
Australian opener Aaron Finch tweeted a picture of the broken window captioned, “Pretty scary having a rock thrown through the team bus window on the way back to the hotel!!”
