Fans of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have voiced their fury at how the couple were treated by the Royal Family following a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Meghan told Oprah that unnamed members of the Royal Family had "concerns and several conversations" with Prince Harry about "how dark Archie's skin might be when he was born".
The couple refused to name the person behind the comments but they stressed it was not the Queen or Prince Phillip.
The Duchess of Sussex also confessed the constant press scrutiny from the British tabloids made her feel as if she “didn’t want to be alive anymore”.
She admitted while she was pregnant with Archie she’d had suicidal thoughts but when she sought mental health support she was dismissed by staff members of the British monarchy.
“I just didn’t see a solution. I would sit up at night, and I was just, like, I don’t understand how all of this is being churned out,” Markle said in the interview.
Prince Harry also claimed that on several occasions he found Meghan sobbing as she breastfed baby Archie in a "cruel and mean time."

Fans of the couple also drew comparisons between Oprah’s interview with Meghan and Princess Diana’s 1995 interview with Martin Bashir.
In Diana’s iconic interview, she opened up about her struggles with bulimia, suicidal ideation and postnatal depression.
“Lessons weren’t being learnt from what happened to Diana, so Harry did right uprooting Meghan & Archie out of that toxic environment,” one person tweeted.
Who could criticise him for choosing to put the safety of his wife and children first?” another user added.
Harry was just 11 when his mother died in a car crash after being hounded by photographers. He told Oprah he feared “history repeating itself.”
Prince Harry said he felt Diana’s “presence” throughout the process of resigning as a senior member of the Royal Family.
Meghan confessed the Royal Family claimed the pair’s son, Archie, would not be given a royal title and security protection would not be provided for him.
For this reason, the couple decided to withdraw from their duties, with the Royal Family severing financial ties with the pair last year.
“I'm just really relieved and happy to be sitting here talking to you with my wife by my side,” Prince Harry told Oprah.
“Because I can't begin to imagine what it must have been like for her [Diana] going through this process by herself all those years ago, because it's been unbelievably tough for the two of us, but at least we had each other."
