An annual list naming Australia’s culturally most powerful people has included Indigenous actress Leah Purcell and the former Referendum Council.

The referendum and its co-chair Megan Davis were listed at seven on the list, while actor Leah Purcell came in at number eight.

The AFL Women's League was second on the list.
