The renewed agreement was signed this week alongside the Aboriginal Medical Services Alliance NT.

Federal Assistant Health Minister Fiona Nash said all states and territories are expected to sign similar agreements by the end of the year, committing to sharing data and identifying priority areas such as improving early childhood health.

"A significant gap in life expectancy still exists; coordination and collaboration between the health sectors and effective community engagement are vital," Senator Nash said.
