Here are some of the key events mob and allies can attend.

Following last year's referendum, January 26 could be a big event this year.

Whether you're planning to attend marches on the day or prefer to celebrate our culture, here's some of the happenings planned in the capital cities.

Sydney

On the 25th of January, the is on from 5pm at Burnum Burnum sanctuary, Woronora. The day is presented by local Elders.

On the 26th, a will be held in Circular Quay from 5:20am. Sydney Opera House will be lit up with Aboriginal artwork.

The will then be held from 7:30am at Barangaroo Reserve and will broadcast on NITV. There will be a smoking ceremony, dance, and language.
Sydney's ' kicks off at 9:30am at Belmore Park, where people will march from the park through Sydney's CBD.

The annual is also on at Victoria Park from 10am to 6pm. Yabun will provide live music, market stalls, panel discussions, children's activities, and performances.

Down South, is being held on Dickinson Oval from 11am. The day will have performances by Gahdu Dreaming Band and Mudjingaal Yangamba choir.

North of Sydney in Newcastle, there will be an '. The rally begins at 9:30am at Customs House. The march leads to the at Foreshore Park.

is back for another year at the Powerhouse Museum from 5pm.

Boorloo/Perth

An is due to kick off from 12pm at Forrest Chase. Attendees are being asked to be COVID-safe.

There's also the which will be on from 3:30pm at Supreme Court Gardens.

Ngunnawal Country/Canberra

The has been organised by the Aboriginal Tent Embassy, and is happening at Garema Place from 9:30am.

Tarndanya/Adelaide

There's a event to be held at Elder Park from 8am.

This year's is planned to start from 12:30pm at Victoria Square/Tarntanyangga.

Meanjin/Brisbane

A Survival Day event is planned at Strand Park in Townsville in the morning.

In Meanjin's CBD, thewill be held at Queens Gardens from 9am where people will march to Musgrave Park.

There's also the event at Sunshine Coast City Hall from 9am to 1pm.

Garramilla/Darwin

Larrakia families will hold a at Darwin Waterfront lagoon.

An will also be held at Civic Park (Civic Square) from 8:30am.

Hobart/Nipaluna

Nipaluna's kicks off at 11:15am at the Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre followed by a rally at 12pm on Parliament Lawns.

The will be starting from 11:30am at Tulaminikali Health Service on Best Street.

Naarm/Melbourne

kicks off the day on Morgan Street in North Geelong. From 5:30am-6:30am it's mob only. After that, all are welcome to join.

Another will be held at 5am at Kings Domain Resting Place, Linlithgow Avenue.

The is happening from 5:30am. Wadawurrung Traditional Owners will engage in truth-telling, perform a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony.

The ' event will be held at The Briars, starting at 11am. The event will feature a strong lineup of artists including Christine Anu and Kaiit, along with food and market stalls.

Naarm's '' will happen at Parliament House of Victoria from 10am where people will march to Flinders St Station.
