With the 1966 Batman TV show launching on SBS VICELAND, we saw it as a great opportunity to explore our relationship with Batman. Not just the Adam West version of Batman, but the many versions of Batman that we've experienced across TV, movies, comics, radio, books, and more. Very few fictional characters have the cultural impact of Batman.
Starting on Friday 21 July, alongside the launch of at 6:30pm, we are launching BATMANLAND - a podcast dedicated to discussing that weeks episode of Batman.
Each week, our panel will be joined by a guest to talk about what Batman means to them. The character may be the same, but our individual experiences mean views on Batman are just as diverse as we all are.
