From epic historical drama New Gold Mountain to the entertainment of The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, SBS stars and shows are part of a huge line up of talent for the 2021 Australian Academy of Cinema Television Arts (AACTA) Awards.
The awards, to be presented at the Sydney Opera House on December 8, recognise outstanding film, television and digital performers and creatives.

The for Best Documentary were announced in July. Strong Female Lead, which recently screened on SBS as part of the Australia Uncovered documentary series, is one of six nominees.
