Gina reveals how the reality of recording yourself on Alone means surviving with one hand. We ask one of the participants about how their positive mindset is helping them cope in the wilderness and where their resilience comes from. And former Survivor contestant and Alone fan Benjamin Law shares his perspective on the series, and how long he'd last in the wilderness. After recapping episode six of Alone Australia season 2, Gina and Darren chat with Krzysztof about revealing his neurodivergence to a national audience, his fascinating family history, and positive mindset.

Krzysztof
Gina and Darren also sit down with Benjamin Law to get his take on Alone as a former Survivor contestant. How has that perspective informed his viewing of Alone?
